  • Academic Data: We store data you input regarding your academic schedule, including subject names, attendance logs (classes attended/missed), and assignment details on our secure cloud servers (Google Firebase).
  • Local Data: Certain features, such as the SGPA Calculator, may store data locally on your device or browser cache for convenience. This specific data is not always synced to our servers.
  • Usage Data: We use tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Cloudflare to collect anonymous data on how the Service is accessed and used (e.g., page views, session duration, device type).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

  • Core Functionality: To sync your attendance and assignments across devices.
  • Internal Analytics: To analyze usage patterns and improve the performance of the application (e.g., understanding which features are used most).
  • Notifications: To send push notifications regarding application updates or reminders directly to your device. We do not use your email address for marketing campaigns.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

We retain your personal data as long as your account is active.

  • Right to Erasure: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data.
  • How to Delete: To request deletion, please contact us at contact@myuvce.in. We will process your request and permanently delete your data from our servers within a reasonable timeframe.
