By accessing or using MyUVCE Hub (hub.myuvce.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Nature of the Service (Disclaimer)
MyUVCE Hub is an unofficial student utility tool.
- Informational Purposes Only: The attendance tracking, "Bunk Estimator," SGPA Calculator, and other features are designed for estimation and personal tracking only.
- No Official Standing: The data displayed on this app is not official and does not supersede the records maintained by the University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering (UVCE) administration.
- No Proof of Attendance: Data from this application cannot and shall not be used as evidence, proof, or leverage in any dispute regarding attendance shortages, detention, or grading with professors, the college administration, or legal entities. You are solely responsible for verifying your official status with the college.
3. User Responsibilities
- You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so.
- You agree not to attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the integrity of the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The MyUVCE Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Academic consequences (e.g., detention, grade reduction) resulting from reliance on the App's calculations.
- Loss of data or service interruptions.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The MyUVCE Team.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
